The Z Foundation – helping our people

Z's Retailers have established the Z Foundation to help employees who are in significant and unexpected financial hardship.

The Z Foundation is a charitable trust that is just for our Crew.

Grants eligibility:

To be eligible for assistance from the Z Foundation, applicants must:

- be currently employed by a Z Retailer; and

- have been employed by a Z Retailer for at least 90 days; and

- be facing unexpected and significant financial hardship. This means they are in financial difficulty because of an event or costs that they could not have expected and were out of their control.

Applicants must also:

- personally complete the grants application form, answering all of the questions in the ‘Required Information’ section; and

- ask their Retailer to endorse their application before submitting it; and

- agree to the Trust’s decision being notified to their Retailer; and

- provide any further information as required by the Trustees.
